Edgefolio CRM: Kanban Board

Client feedback and competitor analysis showed that clients wanted a way to easily manage and visualise their deal pipelines, focusing on the critical information and making their key actions as efficient as possible. Kanban boards are an effective way of achieving these goals and an open source library was found as a starting point from which we could modify to suit the needs of our clients.

Several rounds of feedback internally and with a friendly set of clients started to highlight the most important information needed when reviewing sales pipelines.
